The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requires you to get a full immigration physical exam to obtain a US green card.

Only doctors designated by the USCIS as civil surgeons can complete an immigration exam. We provide all necessary medical services to fulfill the requirements. Please call to schedule an appointment.
